Spanish term

consolida por puesta en equivalencia desde 2002.

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Finance (general)
Hi,
I am struggling to word this adequately. "Puesta en equivalencia" is the equity accounting method, but I can't make it sit righ there. The full sentence is the following:

"la compañía cuenta con una participación del 25% en CLH (Compañía Logística de Hidrocarburos), que consolida por puesta en equivalencia desde 2002".

Please help!

consolidated by the equity method since 2002 / carried by or accounted for by the equity method

Usually companies are either fully consolidated, proportionally consolidated or carried by/accounted for by the equity method

This is a typical paragraph from consolidated financial statements:

The companies over which effective control is exercised by virtue of ownership of a majority of the voting rights in their representation and decision-making bodies were fully consolidated; the multigroup companies which are managed jointly with third parties were proportionally consolidated; and, where appropriate, those in which there is significant influence but not ownership of a majority of the voting rights or joint management with third parties were accounted for by the equity method.
