This is a proposal in relation to the management of a company's investments:
Una propuesta de detalle con los productos, porcentajes a invertir en cada uno de ellos y, en su caso entidades, en las que se materializarían las colocaciones de fondos. (Depósitos estructurados, fondos de inversión, etc.).
I'm having trouble understanding what they mean here !

in which funds would be placed
Seems to me a list of companies in which it is proposed to invest. Or is there anything that indicates the contrary?

...and, in the case of corporate risk, the entities in which funds would be invested.
I'm making a pretty big leap here that the other investment products are government risk or low-risk bank products offered by the bank/proposer itself. It is in the case of corporate risks that the investor really needs details on what level of risk is being taken (for structured deposits, mutual funds, etc.).
