A little help with "adicionales fijos" in the below context, please:
Tercero: Los incrementos que se otorgan por el presente acuerdo, mientras mantengan su condición de no remunerativos, deberán ser tomados en cuenta para el pago de los rubros siguientes: adicionales fijos previstos en el CCT 130/75 (excepto antigüedad), enerfedades inculpables (art.208 y ss LCT), vaciones anuales devengadas a partir del ano 2012, sueldo anual complementario, horas extras y feriados nacionales.

If you read the "convenio" they are citing in the text, you might agree that it could even be "fixed additional amount".

Some organizations conflate "bonus pay" and "additional pay". Below is Indiana University doing just that:

Overall, I think "bonus pay" is more common, and "fixed bonus" conveys the idea that this is contractual and not a one-off thing. "additional pay" is a perfectly valid option as well, I think.

: I'd say this is most probably what it means but not sure it's "bonus" so would use "additional"

: I looked up your reference and agree with gallagy. You reference is precisely what it is NOT. It is part of basic pay as per contract with employer, as opposed to the rates fixed by collective agreement.

@Billh - yes, it can be above the amount specified by contract per that link. However, it can also be in the contract. In my former job, every employee received a month of pay as Christmas bonus, and this was in the contract.
