Spanish term
coeficientes de participación
Spanish to English
Bus/Financial
Business/Commerce (general)
Any help would be much appreciated with this term! It is found at the beginning of minutes from a meeting to set up a "Community of Property Owners". Here is the context:
Thanks in advance!

It means that, through the presence of the people named, all of the homeowners are being represented and thereby participating by proxy in the meeting.

ownership coefficient
O.K. This refers to the percentage of property owned by each owner in the Community. So what it means is that all the owners (or property units) are present or represented. It is a difficult term to translate and I have seen "ownership coefficient" "ownership interest" and "ownership share" to give you some ideas.

: I know this is an old question, but this is in fact the correct answer, I believe.
