Spanish term

coeficientes de participación

Spanish to English Bus/Financial Business/Commerce (general)
Any help would be much appreciated with this term! It is found at the beginning of minutes from a meeting to set up a "Community of Property Owners". Here is the context:

Dª Jennifer Lopez y D. Antonio Banderas asisten como propietarios de sendas viviendas y D. Gael García Bernal asiste en representación de XXXXXX S.L., representando el resto de viviendas del conjunto Valverde; conformando, por tanto, el cien por ciento (100%) de los ***coeficientes de participación***.

Thanks in advance!

100% rate of participation/representation

It means that, through the presence of the people named, all of the homeowners are being represented and thereby participating by proxy in the meeting.

Hope this helps

ownership coefficient

O.K. This refers to the percentage of property owned by each owner in the Community. So what it means is that all the owners (or property units) are present or represented. It is a difficult term to translate and I have seen "ownership coefficient" "ownership interest" and "ownership share" to give you some ideas.

agree Kate Major Patience : I know this is an old question, but this is in fact the correct answer, I believe.
