disagree Adam Deutsch : Shrink wrap is a film applied to seal individual packages using **heat**. This is clearly not the case here, where what is happening is that cases of bottles are placed on a pallet and the entire contents of the pallet are then wrapped with a film

Technically, you are correct. However, in warehouses, where presumably pallets are prepared for shipping, shrinkwrapping is the term used when film is applied manually to a pallet; the idea being to wrap the film as toghtly as possibly. I am right.

wrapped in UV-protected or UV-Protection film

The usual term for "anti-UV" in English is "UV-protected." (I get 9,140 hits on Google for "UV-protected," and only 2,000 for "anti-UV" - and many of those appear to be UK sites).

See: http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&lr=&q="uv-protected"&btnG...

I do come up with a number of products that are either UV-protected or UV-protection films used specifically for packaging. See:
