precision in limiting the surface that the radiation should be applied to

It sounds a bit windy but nothing better occurs to me.

precision with which contours have been delimited

You can also use "demarcated" or "determined" instead of delimited.

I think it\'s understood from the context that \"contours\" refers to the boundaries demarcating the organ/diseased portion to be treated.

contouring accuracy

Of course, you can rephrase at your convenience, but in this field of imaging the word for "contorno" is just "contour":

The CT bed is also automatically outlined for contouring accuracy. These features are just a few of the standard imaging capabilities that make...

Robert, Muriel\'s comment may be relevant depending on the context. However, from your fragment I understand that this \"delimitación\" refers to defining the actual shape and size of the area to be irradiated (that is, previous procedures, before actual radiation).
On the other hand, the concept of \"sculpting\" refers to a specific technology, IMRT. As Muriel says, it\'s so specific that quotation marks are often used with the word \"sculpt\", but I\'d say that in Spanish the concept is rendered with a direct translation, \"esculpir\".

Bombarding a tumor with deadly radiation without damaging nearby healthy cells has always been the Holy Grail in radiation cancer therapy. Mayo Clinic\'s physicians are a step closer to that goal with a new, exquisitely accurate but extremely complex treatment called Intensity Modulated Radiation Therapy (IMRT). IMRT combines the ability to take three-dimensional images of an organ with powerful computers and specialized software to precisely sculpt radiation treatment to the tumor.

"Contours" definitely. Also, "delimitacio'n" has a special meaning here, and that meaning needs to be captured. The term in English is "sculpt." It's such an unusual term that sometimes it's used in quotes.
